Description
This wood sensory block set is based on Papoose’s coin size: the blocks are 5 x 5 x 2.5cm, and work with Papoose’s other building and gem blocks. Of course, it is also a stand-alone product.
Papoose has added rocks, felt balls and an assortment of loose pieces for suggested play / learning.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind, as always, there will be variation of the inclusions; they are all either natural materials or hand made (felt balls) and we may have to vary them occasionally, depending on availability.
A set will always contain 2 blocks with same/similar inclusions.
About Papoose…
Founded in 1991 by Australian Renske Carbone, Papoose Toys and Creative Wood Company under the umbrella of Colours of Australia produce natural toys and loose parts for open-ended creative play.
Working with natural materials, production takes place in small communities in Nepal, Sri Lanka and Indonesia. Pure wool felt toys and loose parts are made by hand at fairly traded rates of pay. The Creative Wood Company products are made primarily using waste from the furniture industry with wood supplied exclusively from wood traders meeting the SVLK Timber Legality Verification.
