Each Holztiger wooden animal is individually handcrafted from solid maple or beech wood, hand painted with non-toxic paint and sealed with a non-toxic water lacquer; allowing them to be safely chewed on and easily wiped clean.

I bought 5 dinosaurs to coordinate with a dinosaur book and I love that the dinos are all similar sizes. So far, they don’t have 1 thats considerably larger or smaller than the rest which I like. Great size for my 3 year old to take somewhere to play and play with his collection at home. His ‘front’ and ‘back’ don’t seem to be finished the way our other pieces are (the details of scaling or stripes or whatnot continue on the others but not on this one).

This might be might least favorite of the dinos. It comes as shown and is nicely packaged, but I’m just not a fan of this one. The design is a bit off to me.
